Original vintage movie poster for the 1968 animated musical film Yellow Submarine starring the Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band based on a song by John Lennon and Paul McCartney depicting an image of the iconic yellow submarine with psychedelic artwork by the German illustrator and designer Heinz Edelmann (1934-2009) featuring colourful cartoon characters of The Beatles (John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr), the Blue Meanies with green apples and musicians playing a trumpet, trombone, flute and French horn, the bold stylised title text in the centre and rest of the text on the sides - Nothing is real! The forces of good! The forces of evil! Eleven Beatles songs - with the credits below. Large size. Very good condition, minor restored paper loss and tears, minor staining, restored folds, backed on linen.
