Original vintage World War Two propaganda poster entitled R.A.F day raiders over Berlin's official quarter The Downfall of the Dictators is Assured featuring dynamic artwork of British de Havilland Mosquito planes dropping bombs over Berlin in Germany with the Royal Air Force RAF roundel visible on the aircraft and Nazi* flags flying on the buildings, the roads busy with bus and car traffic beneath the haze, the image set within a pale yellow border, the bold black text below. (*Note: the 1935-1945 flag of Germany featuring the swastika has been covered in the image but appears as originally printed on the poster itself.) Printed for H.M. Stationery Office by Fosh and Cross Ltd, London. Very good condition, minor staining, backed on linen.
