Original Vintage Motivation Poster Hoflichkeit Courtesy Breaks Resistance Quote

Original vintage German motivational workplace poster issued by the Parker-Holladay company in Berlin featuring an illustration of a an icebreaker ship named the Hoflichkeit sailing through the icy sea with birds flying overhead and the quote below - Hoflichkeit Bricht Den Widerstand. Du brauchst nicht zu kriechen um hoflich zu sein! Doval / Courtesy Breaks Resistance. You don't need to crawl to be polite! Parker-Holladay issued this series of posters to promote the correct work ethic in the workplace creating Doval as the equivalent of Bill Jones in the UK. The concept was copyrighted and taken to the USA and Canada motivating personnel to perform efficiently worldwide. Good condition, restored tears, restored paper losses, creasing, minor staining, small paper loss on left edge.
