Original vintage sport event travel poster for Merano - International Meeting of Gallop Racing / Riunione Internazionale Corse Al Galoppo - featuring a stunning graphic design of a jockey with the Union Jack flag and the flags of France and Italy on his top, holding a riding whip in one hand behind his back and a shamrock / four leaf clover for luck in his other hand against the dark background with an image of a race track and spectators below hills in the distance, the bold lettering in green and rest of the information at the bottom - August September October 1953. Good condition, restored folds, restored tears, small restored paper loss on margin, minor staining, backed on linen.
