Original vintage travel map poster for the Isle of Man issued by British Railways in conjunction with Isle of Man Publicity Board featuring a pictorial map annotated with names of towns and illustrations of local points of interest including the Tower of Refuge, Douglas Head Lighthouse, Douglas Ballroom, Monks Bridge, Rushen Abbey, Sugar Loaf Rock, Castle Rushen, Peel Castle, Tynwald Hill, St Trinian's Church, Isle of Man Railway, Injebreck, Snaefell Tramway, T.T. Course, Bride Village, Manghold Head, Ballaglass Glen, Laxey Wheel, the Old Mill, Chicken Rock lighthouse and Groudle Glen with images of sailing boats and ships at sea and people swimming, horse riding, hiking and driving a motorcycle on the TT route, the three legs Manx triskelion symbol of the Isle of Man below the bold white title text at the top, the rest of the stylised title on a banner below with the logo and information on the side - Write for free guide book to WA Clague Publicity (BR) Department Douglas Isle of Man Details of train & train and steamer services may be obtained from British Railways stations & agencies.
