Oil on aluminium bespoke commission. A statment floral piece to be the focal point of any large wall.
Helen Brough paintings available at Wychwood Art online and in the gallery. Helen is a British painter, drawer, sculptor, and installation artist. Educated at Chelsea School of Art in London, achieving B.A.Honors First Class and a M.A in sculpture. Helen Brough's awards include the Prix de Rome, and the Prince Charles travel scholarship. The Soros foundation funded her exhibitions in Romania and Hungary. In America she received funding from the Pollock/Krasner Foundation and the Bemis Centre for Contemporary Arts. Helen Brough’s chosen subjects include urban, botanical, sea and landscapes. With a natural curiosity in the unconscious and how the inner is brought out through dreams and illusions, the imagery of her work, landscape or abstract, is concerned with her perception of reality. A poetic thread runs through Helen Brough's work reflecting the force of nature in the process of being. Multi-dimensional: Helen Brough's work ranges from monumental installations to small precious watercolours.
