Canadian artist Slavo Cech’s unique sculpture practice is most often inspired by nature. Exploring the language of form and fluidity in the medium of metal sculptures for over 35 years, his works utilize the softness of lines and curves as well as strength and balance to create a sense of intricate movement.
“To my eyes, nature provides an infinite amount of inspiration. I like to look at forms such as grass, nests and waves and imagine them as abstract forms.”
