"Eve" is a monumental bronze sculpture of a woman. The bronze is covered with dark brown patina. It is created by the artist Katib Mamedov. They are my wonderful friends whom I have always admired and whose friendship I will always cherish! There are a lot of them but I would particularly like to mention the following. Muradov Elchin Safarovich. This is an amazing person, PhD, art historian, art collector and true worshiper of my art. Elchin Safarovich makes people striving to reach new heights in art with his attention and support. He is one of the few people who appreciate true art. I am deeply grateful to my friend for taking part in the creation of this book. Struiev Aleksandr Leonidovich. He is a writer, art critic, President of the Crimean Academy of Fine Arts, director of the Museum of Modern Art (Yalta). Aleksandr Leonidovich is a man with a real understanding of the culture, the sense of taste, education, spirituality, foreign delicacy and refinement. To me he is the personification of true Russian aristocrat. I express my gratitude to my friend for his ideas and valuable corrections in the process of creating of this book. Biography Katib Mammadov was born on October 10, 1963 Azerbaijan After completing the eighth grade of secondary school, he continued his studies at the Kirovabad vocational school. he entered the Moscow Regional Pedagogical Institute named after N.K. Krupskaya in absentia at the department of easel painting and graphics, where he studied from 1985 to 1987. In 1987, by a happy coincidence, he ended up in Kharkov. From 1987 to 1988 he worked as an educational foreman of the sculpture department of the Kharkov Institute of Art and Industry. In 1988 he entered the Kharkov Institute of Art and Industry, Faculty of Sculpture. Since 1993 - lecturer at the Department of Sculpture, now the Kharkov State Academy of Design and Arts. Katib Mamedov lives and works in Ukraine Participation in exhibitions since 1990. Professional sculptors and architects evaluate Mamedov's creative abilities as outstanding: An undoubted creative gift allows the sculptor to feel invisible threads into the world of transcendence, which makes him related to the masters of symbolism at the end of the last century. Like them, Katib strives to make the sculptural material work as much as possible for the image. Some of the most significant exhibitions of Katib Mamedov. 1993 - the first personal exhibition of Katib Mamedov in the exhibition hall "Belyaev" in Moscow. Since 1997 - a regular participant in the annual Moscow International Art Salon (Central House of Artists, Moscow) 1997 to 2008 - a regular participant in the annual Moscow International Art Exhibition ART-Manezh (Central Exhibition Hall, Manezh, Moscow) 1999 - International Festival "Pro Art", Kiev. Awarded with an honorary diploma "ProArt" 2000 - International competition "Golden Palette 2000", Samara. He became the winner of the "Golden Palette 2000" in the "Sculpture" nomination. 2000 - Exhibition at the Philippe Rod Gallery, Geneva, Switzerland. 2000 - personal exhibition at the Embassy of Azerbaijan, Kiev. 2000 - personal exhibition at PUA, Kharkov. 2000 - exhibition in the sports complex "Polytech", Kharkov. Received second place in the Sculpture category. Gallery "Academy" Marble torso 2005 - personal exhibition "Rizdvyanі zustrіchі", gallery "Academy", Kharkov. 2006 - participation in the eighth exhibition of teachers and students of the Kharkiv region "Maestro i yogo uchni", Kharkiv. He became the winner in the "Maestro" nomination. 2007 - personal exhibition in KHATOB, Kharkov. 2008 - participation in the II Moscow International Festival of Arts "Traditions and Modernity", Central Exhibition Hall "Manezh", Moscow. He became the winner in the "Sculpture" direction in the nomination "For experiments in shaping". 2009 - Eleventh regional exhibition of creative works of teachers of the Kharkov region "Camerata", Kharkov. Awarded with the diploma of the winner "Camerata". 2012 - an exhibition of the laureates of the International Prize. IE Repin "Woman - tse natkhnennya", Lugansk 2013 - personal exhibition "Life in Sculpture", timed to coincide with the 50th anniversary. The exposition symbolically includes fifty compositions in the Kharkov Art Museum. Received the "Certificate of the patron of the Kharkov Art Museum" 2014 - exhibition "About her ..." in the Regional Center of Culture and Art, Kharkiv 2014 - an exhibition on the Independence Square on the Day of Kiev 2014 - exhibition at the Azerbaijani-Ukrainian evening dedicated to the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis Received "A handful of contributions to the misty recession of Ukraine and Azerbaijan from the consulate of the Azerbaijan Republic." 2015 - personal exhibition "Vesnyane natkhnennya" in the gallery "Misty Slobozhanshchina", Kharkov
