A brutalist Mid- Century Modern sculpture of an owl by Willem DeGroot ( Netherlands, 20th Century ). The sculpture is made of brass and metal and showing an owl stating on a branch with brass leaves. The sculpture is raised but an acquire black base and is singed by the artist " DeGroot" . About the artist: Willem DeGroot was born in Holland and currently is residing in the United States. He graduated from the New School of Art in Toronto and the School of Fine Art in Banff Alberta. Dimensions: 17.25” H x 19” W x 6” D
