Dylan Martinez' hyperreal sculptures are hot sculpted glass, hand molded entirely by the artist. Each piece is unique and signed on the base by the artist. Limited availability!
With his latest “Blue Series,” Martinez continues his experiments with the boundaries of the material by injecting color into his process. “Through my artwork,” Martinez explains, “I challenge the viewer’s expectations by manipulating light, space, and the optical properties of glass..” While influenced by traditional techniques in glassmaking, Martinez constantly strives to discover novel approaches to exploit the material and create a lens to view the world afresh.
