Richard Teschner was a Viennese Art Nouveau artist and puppeteer who applied the art of Javanese myth theater to the European World broadcast. He had a small but very intense output of late Symbolist prints. He was also known as a member of the Viennese building and Jugendstil art movement and a painter. Teschner is most known as a revolutionary puppeteer and puppet designer.
