Lovely vintage lamp with a distinctive double cone shape, an adjustable brass stem and lacquered red metal lampshade and base, attributable to the iconic maker Stilnovo, Italy. The lampshade has an peculiar shape that resembles a megaphone. The deep red hue of the lacquered metal lampshade make a beautiful contrast with the brass stem. The brilliant colors, the curved shapes and the typical drilled metal patterns are all signatures of 50s/60s Stilnovo and Oluce creations. The base is made of heavy cast iron, and the aluminium lampshade can be adjusted thanks to two rotating pivots. The metal parts have been professionally repainted, keeping the authenticity of the materials including the original wiring. Works with a standard E27 bulb.
