This important sculpture by Marcel Andre Bouraine of “Penthesilea, queen of the amazons”, is cast bronze in the rarest green/verte color patina. Depicted is a naked woman archer Art Deco style and signed Bouraine on the front with seal of the Susse Freres Paris on the foundry stamp.
