As seen on the Spring 2014 runway show (looks 38 & 40), this Céline by Phoebe Philo has a slight flare silhouette. Designed with a fitted band at the waist, this pleated maxi skirt is cut from lightweight off-white linen that cascades to a flouncy frayed hem.
