An exceptional, fine and impressive antique Georgian sterling silver Old English pattern salad serving fork; an addition to our silver flatware collection. This exceptional antique George III sterling silver salad server fork has been crafted in the Old English pattern. The serving fork has six tines with a plain rounded drop. The anterior surface of the handle is embellished with the contemporary bright cut engraved initials crest of a bear muzzled. The reverse surface of this sterling silver serving fork incorporates a pip to the terminal, in addition to a rounded heel to the bowl/drop. An exceptional, fine and impressive, rare pair of antique George III English sterling silver ribbon pullers/threaders by William Eley, William Fearn & William Chawner; an addition to our silver flatware collection. These fine antique George III sterling silver ribbon pullers/threaders have a hinged scissor action. The pullers have been realistically modelled in the form of a stork and are embellished with chased decoration detailing the bird's plumage and features. One finger grip is fitted with a chased decorated four claw foot, allowing the pullers to sit securely perpendicular. The underside of the claw foot/stand is embellished with a contemporary bright cut engraved initial 'S'. The beak/blades of these impressive silver ribbon pullers have a serrated surface. This impressive Georgian piece was crafted by the renowned London silversmiths William Eley, William Fearn & William Chawner; original examples of this age and quality are becoming increasingly scarce.
