Mark Beltchenko Studio launched in the mid 1980’s. Following receiving an undergraduate degree with a focus in painting I was able to secure a position as a jeweler’s apprentice. In the next three years I learned basic jewelry skills, knowledge of precious and semi-precious stones, how to form various metals, the use of a variety of hand tools and most of all the love and gratification of creating in the 3rd dimension.
