About the Item
“This season, the basis of my work is prints and colors ,”
Says Jacquemus, who reinterpreted paintings by Cézanne and Hockney, and took motifs from the ceramist Jean Lurçat for his Spring Summer 2020 "Le coup de Soleil". Bright, sunny colors coexist with pastel or faded shades. For the first time, the designer showed more couture pieces, embroidered with sequins or Swarovski crystals.
Jacquemus also offers a more sophisticated version of the man, comfortable in his floral shirt and slides, but not devoid of elegance when he combines them with Prince of Wales shorts and a pistachio jacket. The fishtail parka coat was part of this collection, made with an eye-catching pink colour and doll-like hem.
