MORPHEW ATELIER Black Antique Silk Chantilly Lace Caped Duster
About the Item
This piece is made from antique Victorian laces we sourced in Paris dating from the 1870s to the 1890s. Because of the age there are several areas of small repairs and patches to the 140 year old lace, giving it character and a patina only time can build. Designed to be worn as a "vest" style garment with attached cape sleeves, with an amazing hand-made antique frog closure dating from the same era.
