Art Deco Lace and Velvet Gown and Jacket
About the Item
1930s black lace gown and bolero jacket, the long dress having an open neckline and cap sleeves and featuring a deep panel of black silk velvet extending from the bust through the hips and terminating in a V front and back. The graceful back is a deep V formed by a modified wrap detail. Accompanying the gown is a matching waist-length jacket, the body of velvet and the elbow-length sleeves of lace; the collarless jacket is adorned with a jeweled clasp.
