Sexy strapless Victor Costa Black Cocktail Dress with white ribbon and embellishments. Victor Costa for Saks Fifth Avenue. The strapless dress has a fitted bodice. The full skirt is embellished with white satin ribbon soutache. Has a tulle petticoat. Labeled a size 8 but please see measurements as this is an XS.
