Vintage Neil Bieff Metallic Floral Evening Dress
About the Item
This stunning vintage Neil Bieff dress is in a gorgeous multi colored metallic tinsel fabric and it features and interior corset bodice with boning. The dress has lovely sequins across the bust and the gathered sleeves are off shoulder. We love the tulip hemline and the lovely silhouette of this dress! There is black lining throughout and the dress closes with a center back invisible zipper with a hook and eye.
