Brilliant vintage LILLIE RUBIN silk sequined and beaded 'parrots' top! Features vibrant colors of blue, purple, green and white throughout. Hand-sewn sequins add just the right amount of shine! V-neckline with hand-sewn seed beads and sequins trimming the neck. Wonderful tropical boho vibe. Can easily be dressed up or down. Great with shorts, jeans, trousers, or a skirt. In great condition.
