Antique Swiss silver chatelaine purse, coin purse
About the Item
A stunning antique Swiss silver chatelaine purse.
The body is made up from intricately woven 925 sterling silver mesh and it has five little beads suspended from the bottom.
The purse has a silver frame with a kiss lock clasp fastener.
There is a small jump ring so the purse can be hung from a chatelaine or sash belt.
It has a little sectional divider inside.
Marked for 925 silver across the top of the frame with Swiss hallmarks, 1904, Edwardian era.
A beautiful and well designed antique purse.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, signs of use and wear commensurate with age, some light patina and surface wear
