Italian Gold Straw Box Handbag, 1960's
About the Item
1960’s Italian gold straw casket shaped handbag with double chain handles. The gold is a matte hue with a hint of champagne to the finish. The gold tone metal frame is accented with studs and the handbag sits upright with cone shaped feet. The door knocker style closure opens to reveal a fabric lined interior that is large enough for most tech devices and a few other essentials. No maker’s label … marked ‘Made In Italy’.

Very good vintage condition. Appears rarely used.

The body of the handbag measures 6.5” tall x 4.5” wide x 3” deep and each chain handle measures 10.75” from end to end providing for a 5” drop.
