17th, century oak arm chair superbly carved with original patina

About the Item

A good 17th century oak chair with carved back and original patina of a lovely attained gloss , the chair glows of age with beauty. The Chair would have been higher however due to wear over the years on stone floors much used and loved which is understandable . therre are stretchers missing b.est left like that. There is indeed a charm and richness to this chair and is most comfortable to sit in. I trust the photograps are adequate but we will be happy to supply as m.any as you wish. The measurements are all approximate.

    Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. Minor structural damages. The height is reduced due to wear on stone floors over the centuries. This issue is easily remedied however that is best left to the owner, Personally I like it as it is.There are rails missing however it is very sittable in and solid.
