Rare and Beautiful Architectural Pagode Display Cabinet, China
About the Item
Made of different species of tropical hardwood, carved with transparent scrollwork fences and panels, two dragons in the front and pagoda roofs on top.
A magnificent realisation of the Chinese woodcarver and furniture maker from the late 19th century.
Some small extremities on the dragon's tails carving missing. Generally good condition.
