Vintage 1964 Colorful Japanese Kataezome Calendars Set of 12
About the Item
Set of 12 kataezome calendars in a decorative wrapper by Keisuke Serizawa (1895-1984). A copy of the descriptive sheet by publisher included. Each sheet depicts a unique pictorial design of a month of a specific year, reflecting it's season. Hand-made stencil print using native dyes on handmade untrimmed Japanese mulberry paper. Published by Takumi Craft Shop, Tokyo, Japan. Sheets with untrimmed edges and occasional edge creasing.
