Chinese Brass and Lacquered Wood Box, simple wood box with a brass edgings and front lock plate, wood section covered in a dark lacquer, hinged top lid, front with large rectangular brass front plate with well-formed ling-chi shaped lock plate, interior of simple wood covered in the same dark lacquer, rich patina. Wear to lacquer and other minor signs of wear, overall fine condition. 3-5/8 in. High x 8-3/4 in. Wide x 4-3/8 in. Deep. 19th Century.
