Gilt Bronze Bust of Shakyamuni Buddha
About the Item
A beautiful depicted version of Siddhartha Gautama from the early part of the 20th century. Wonderful worn gilt bronze patina, with the perfect amount of wear and a contemplative expression. The eyes on this Buddha are both open and closed depending on how you look at them. There is no base to this head however if sitting on a flat surface it sits perfectly upright.
