An antique Burmese giltwood sculpture from the 19th century, depicting a dancer with carved foliage. Created in Burma during the 19th century, this giltwood carving attracts our attention with its lively depiction of a dancer surrounded by foliage. Standing on a red pot and showcasing a great torsion of the body, the gilded figure is contrasted by a black bun and subtle red undertone. Flat and unfinished in the back, this 19th century Burmese wood carving will enliven any wall beautifully!
