Pair of 19th Century Swedish Diamond Pattern Doors
About the Item
A pair of Swedish doors with geometric patterns and original paint from the 19th century. This pair of antique doors from Sweden feature a repeating diamond pattern, comprised of a smaller diamond being made up where doors join when closed, at center, and repeated in outward fashion towards their tops and bottom. The doors retain their original hardware and a fabulous, large-sized iron key. The front of the doors are their original color, Swedish Falun red, which has been weathered and has a great patina from wear and use. The backside of the doors are plain with an old creamy or white paint. These 19th century Swedish doors would make a wonderful entrance to a pantry, architectural interest to a wall, or perhaps added to a custom cabinet. Please consult with your contractor or architect to discuss the necessary measurements and hardware to make these doors work for your project.

- French 19th C. Raised-Panel Wood Doors 'A Set of two Single Doors'Located in Atlanta, GAA French set of two doors, both singles, from the 19th century. These antique doors from France, though not meant to match up together (as in a pair of French-style doors) but are two near-identical single doors. Each door is comprised of two panels, with top being near-square in shape, over the lower rectangular raised panel. The new custom finish has a soft color palette of gray, blue and green hues. Both sides of the doors are paneled and painted, so these are a great option to place between living spaces. As with all of our doors, we recommend that a professional contractor be used for installation, and that our dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.
