Napoleon III Period Antique French Fire Screen
About the Item
Beautiful fire screen from the Napoleon III period made out of finely cast bronze. This piece folds up for convenience and efficiency, but expands out to a stunningly intricate addition to the living room. The screen has many intact leafs that feather out when in full display. The piece has details of scrolls and foliage, as well as the bust of a woman. This is a very detailed antique piece that captures the eye and adds a great amount of elegance to a fireplace. A bronze finial on the top make the peace easy to carry or move around a room. This piece is 11.5” in length when closed.
