18th Century English George III Carved Pine Fireplace Mantel

About the Item

An attractive 18th century George III pine fireplace. The frieze delicately carved with scrolled foliage to centre blocking and side panels. The jambs with carved tied ribbon with bellflower drops below. Leaf and pearl mouldings to opening, and pearl moulding to frieze, circa 1780.
