About the Item

An impressive antique pine and composition neoclassical style fireplace dating to circa 1870. With a distressed paint finish, this Georgian era fire surround will make a character feature in any property. The frieze is decoratively carved with classical figures to the central tablet and end blocks between equally as ornate carvings of ribbons and foliage.
