20th century French Renaissance style fireback with the salamander. The salamander is symbol of King François I, who was King of France from 1515 till 1547.
The fireback is made of cast iron and has a natural brown patina. Upon request it can be made black / pewter at no extra cost.
The condition is good, no cracks.
