A Victorian polished cast iron firebasket. The firedogs of turned form with scrolled bases and brass ball tops. Shaped front and decorative cast back with swags, ribbons and oval patera. Mid to late 19th century. Width At Front: 800 mm 31 ½" Width At Back: 485 mm 19 ⅛" Height: 640 mm 25 ¼" Depth: 432 mm 17"
