Faux Bois Bench

About the Item

A charming garden accent, this cast iron faux Bois bench has been radically weathered to perfection. A testament to Janes, Beebe & Co foundry, one of the most important cast-iron foundries in pre-civil War America, timeless designs. Featuring tied branches with blooms, this bench is perfect for a storybook setting garden room or open meadow resting point. Cast somewhere between 1847-1859 this bench has seen many changes in the landscape of this country.
