About the Item
Piece of woodwork in the Napoleon III style made in the 19th century in carved walnut wood from the living room of a Parisian mansion. This piece of paneled furniture includes a mirror fireplace and a painting. Both are decorated with pediments decorated with an urn flanked by two chimeras.
The paneled room also has 5 panels adorned with an oval rose, fluted pilasters and 6 full panels. The whole is topped by a cornice carved with a frieze of foliage.
