18th CENTURY PAINTED WOOD COLUMNS

About the Item

Pair of elegant columns made of carved and painted wood. Their shape is rectangular, with a slight taper toward the bottom, giving them a graceful and harmonious appearance. The decoration of the columns is symmetrical and reflects the aesthetic perfection of the early 19th century (ca. 1820). On the four faces in the center of the columns there is a delicate garland of flowers, positioned vertically, which adds a touch of beauty and refinement. Marche manufacturing, pontifical state.
