Great California design.
From the estate / collections of the late Peter Loughrey, the founder of Los Angeles Modern Auctions (LAMA).
Made with Cressey's own reduction fired stoneware "formula clay" with ocher glaze.
Hand sculpted and carved high relief 'Expressive' pattern.
No two are alike.
One-of-a-kind.
Rare example.
Two water drain holes, can be easily plugged up with wax for indoor use.
Original vintage condition.
No cracks or repairs.
Has two chips on the reliefs and one or two minor flea-bite nicks.
Other than that, it presents well.
Great for decor and collections...
