Fine pair of mid century carved stone lion statues

About the Item

Fine pair of mid century carved stone lions circa 1970. Made from re-constituted stone and have been outside our shop ever since. Lions with slight differing stances, fixed to pedestal bases and signed at each base papini.A, which stands for papini agostino sgc which is a company based in italy. These statues ideally would sit either side of an entrance or drive. Complete with the weathering that they have taken on over the years, couple of minor losses to base, overall very good condition. Obviously very heavy items.
