French Pair of Early 20th C. Cast-Stone Lion Statues
About the Item
A pair of early 20th century French lion statues. This antique pair of cast-stone lions from France are each shown in laying position with heads up and alert, looking toward their side. This pair of lions have gorgeous, full manes of hair and upturned tail along their backsides, and are raised upon rectangular shaped bases. They retain much of their old white finish and have a wonderfully aged patina and yummy mossy bits clingy about their bodies. This pair of French early 20th century lions are just over 2 feet in length each, and will make wonderful decorative objects which can be used both indoors or out.
