Art Deco Glazed Stoneware Dish with Leaves, Emil Ruge, 1930s

About the Item

A piece unique bowl or dish with hand painted leaf decor in green, blue, black and brown glazes. Designed and made at Emil Ruge's pottery workshop in Dybøl Denmark during the 1930s. Suble references to Thorvald Bindebøll and Herman August Hähler. Its signed by hand to its base. Measurements: D 21, H 4.5 cm.
