A substantial Italian Murano art glass bowl or ashtray in the style of artist Alfredo Barbini, Midcentury Modern period, circa mid-20th century, Italy. Piece is a rich cobalt or sapphire blue and transparent art glass. Great as a standalone piece for a cocktail table, credenza, side table, etc., candy dish, or as a catchall for jewelry, etc. Piece is in very good condition as shown with no chips noted. Dimensions: 5.5" x 5.5" x 2.94" Height.
