About the Item

This hand-built coloured stoneware bowl with oxide burnished on the surface is entitled by the artist 'Dark with Amber Rim', reference JL158, and was created in 1989. Soon after its creation, the artist recalls that it was exhibited at two German galleries: Galerie Marianne Heller, Heidelberg and Galerie Handwerk, Munich Born in Scotland, Lee trained at the Royal College of Art in London, before on embarking on a series of travels to research and practice different ceramic techniques.
