Large California Cloisonné Enamel on Copper Charger / Tray by Landau Goldsmith

About the Item

Impressive and large California Cloisonné enamel on copper charger made by Landau Goldsmith of Los Angeles with floral / petal motif throughout. Attractive color combinations. The honey, amber, and orange circles within the pattern have a jewel-like appearance with a rich luster / sheen. This method incorporates fusing powdered glass to copper to create a beautiful work of enamel art. Two edges show crazing, from age, and there are a couple of craze lines through two of the honey-toned circles, as shown. Overall, in very good, vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Measures: Diameter 23.5" Height 2".
