About the Item
Longwy Ceramic Cloisonné Bowl or Coupe Art Deco, circa 1930. Spectacular Art Deco design in excellent condition: barely used with minimal signs of wear. Unusual starburst pattern with an unusual color treatment, the outside beige/green color is very unique to the typical Longwy color palette.
Designed and manufactured by Longwy in France with the technique known as “Ceramic Cloisonné ” which gives an extra Dimension to the design by carving heavy lines into the pattern and filling them with rich enamel color.
