Imposing and monumental Wedgwood footed bowl by Daisy Makes-Jones of the Ordinary Lustre Series Superbly vibrant blue mottled ground decorated with hand painted and gilded exotic birds The inner bowl graduates from deep orange to pomegranate red and is centrally decorated with a single multi-coloured bird of paradise Both inner and out rims feature gilded flying geese A connoisseur piece by Daisy Makes-Jones Circa 1920 Portland Vase mark to base Diameter 9.5inch inch, Height 5 inch In very good condition with a fabulous ring when struck. Minor rubbing of gilding on foot rim
