This is a vintage Oriental censer. A Chinese, celadon incense burner, dating to the late Art Deco period, circa 1940.

Celadon resplendent in light green with distinctive pattern detail
Tiered lid with a small finial and three sets of venting holes
Shaped handles to either side and raised upon three short legs
