Freeform Concave Amber Colored Vide Poche in Solid Glass, 1960s

About the Item

Freeform Concave Amber Colored Vide Poche in Solid Glass, 1960s. Wonderful freeform shaped bowl or vide poche in amber colored solid glass. A real gem with a very deep and mesmerizing color. The solid glass has a very attractive concave freeform shape which suits a organic modern interior. The textured glass looks interesting and different from every corner. Reminiscent of works by Ward Bennett for the Italian (Murano) company Salviati and the glass bowls made by Fontana Arte in the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s. Catches the light beautifully and serves as a real conversation piece on your table, desk or sideboard. Great to use as a practical item, but also great as a display item. It is a real jewel in your interior. In wonderful vintage condition.
